How do you experience your time on board Andreas?

Our sailing trips are no ordinary vacation. When you set off on a yacht, you not only leave the harbor, but also your usual rhythm. The days do not follow a fixed program, but rather the course of the wind and sometimes simply the feeling of wanting to be here right now.

When the ship pushes through the waves under white sails, it is quieter than anywhere else, but also more intense. Every glance at the water becomes a moment of peace. Every morning on board begins with light, salt air and an invitation to be fully present.

What makes the yachts so special?

On board CHRONOS, RHEA or KAIRÓS, guests experience a sailing trip in its most beautiful form: spacious, personal, stylish. The yachts combine classic lines with modern comfort. Those who sail here get more than just a cabin with a sea view – they become part of an on-board life that slows down.

Between the teak deck and the waterline, a space is created that offers a lot: Space to retreat, to talk, to pause. And all at a pace that is not determined by time – but by the sound of the wind in the sails.

How are the routes created during a cruise and what does this mean for the trip?

A sailing trip with Sailing-Classics is never completely predictable and that is exactly what makes it special. The route is flexible, with a fixed start and destination port, and our crew also has a rough routing for the destinations during the trip. What the day’s itinerary actually looks like and the order in which the islands are visited is determined by the weather, the mood on board or sometimes even a spontaneous idea. Maybe you stay an extra night in a bay, maybe you sail on into the evening because the wind is favorable.

Whether Mediterranean Sea or Caribbeanthe Adriatic or the Cyclades: Every landscape takes on a new meaning from the water. And every arrival feels like a small, quiet adventure.

Why do such special encounters often occur at sea?

Familiarity quickly develops on board. Not because it is intentional, but because everyday life is left behind. Without roles, appointments or conventions, people meet differently. Conversations are more open and honest. And yet there is enough space for retreat: those who need time for themselves will always find peace and quiet on the spacious decks or in their own cabin – whether alone, as a couple or simply immersed in the moment.

They are small groups, a maximum of 26 guests, who often share more with each other than they would have expected. Sometimes friendships are formed, sometimes just quiet closeness. And sometimes something is left behind that lingers for a long time without being able to name it.
