Cabin changes are possible, provided the desired cabin is still available, and it is also easy to change the person traveling with you. A free rebooking of your sailing trip with Sailing-Classics is possible up to 6 months before the start of the trip. Within this period, there are no additional charges if you wish to change to another date or another route. Of course, this is subject to availability on the desired cruise. Should Sailing-Classics have to change or cancel a trip, each case will be considered individually. In the case of minor changes (such as a slightly adjusted route due to weather conditions), the best possible alternative will be sought together with the guests. In the event of a complete cancellation by Sailing-Classics, you will of course receive a full refund of the tour price you have paid. If you are unable to start your sailing trip with Sailing-Classics, you will receive a pro rata refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions. Depending on the time of cancellation, 30%, 60% or 90% of the travel price (passage price) will be retained. For this reason, Sailing-Classics recommends that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance. You will find out the exact embarkation point for your sailing trip with Sailing-Classics with the passage ticket, which will be sent to you about two weeks before the start of the trip. Embarkation generally takes place at 18:00. The crew will pick you up with the motorized dinghies at the agreed meeting point.
