The historic San Crist\u00f3bal de La Laguna impresses as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Anaga Mountains entice visitors with their wild mountain landscapes and picturesque villages, while the mountain village of Masca offers spectacular views. The capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife offers a lively mix of architecture and culture. The waters around Tenerife are known for their diversity of marine life, especially for the opportunity to spot whales and dolphins.
There is no international airport on La Gomera, which means that the island is still pleasantly quiet. La Gomera has lush green vegetation and is particularly popular with hikers. The island is covered with winding roads, along which many small villages can be found. Very good marina in the east.
