From the vibrant ports of Fort-de-France to the secluded bays and islets along the coast, Martinique offers a variety of sailing routes characterized by the beauty of the Caribbean landscape.
St. Lucia is known for its rich flora and fauna and its two Pitons. Two striking mountain peaks rising steeply from the sea. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, they not only provide a spectacular backdrop for sailors, but also hiking trails and viewpoints that offer unforgettable views of the island.
Martinique can be reached almost daily via AirFrance via Paris. Alternatively, there is the option of traveling via/from the USA (direct flight from Miami).
From December to May, the islands around Martinique often enjoy picture-perfect weather with plenty of sunshine and blue skies. The trade winds blow constantly from an easterly direction and ensure pleasant sailing conditions.
Dominica, also known as the “Nature Island of the Caribbean”, delights with lush tropical vegetation, breathtaking waterfalls and the impressive Morne Trois Pitons National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Îles des Saintes, a charming group of islands off the coast of Guadeloupe, entice visitors with idyllic beaches, crystal-clear water and picturesque, colorful villages that convey the traditional Caribbean lifestyle.
Guadeloupe sets a completely different tone with “La Réserve Cousteau” – the oldest marine reserve in the world – and its Creole charm. The village of Deshaies is known as the filming location for the series “Death in Paradise”. The deserted beaches with white sand as well as the unique frigate bird sanctuary offer diverse and lasting impressions.
