THE TEAM

BECOME PART OF THE SAILING-CLASSICS FAMILY
Sailing Classics not only offers unforgettable sailing experiences on large yachts, but also a unique working environment for people who want to combine their passion for the sea and love of sailing with their profession.
The working atmosphere at Sailing Classics is characterized by team spirit, professionalism and a shared enthusiasm for maritime adventure. Employees have the opportunity to work in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues from different parts of the world. This diversity not only contributes to cultural enrichment, but also enables an intercultural exchange that strengthens cooperation.
WORKING ON OUR YACHTS
Life on board requires a certain lifestyle. The international crew (mainly Europeans) speak English among themselves, while 90% of the guests are German-speaking (Germans, Swiss, Austrians, some Dutch). We sail with guests, so every crew member represents the company and is responsible for the well-being of the guests. The working days are intensive and long. As there is no fixed sailing schedule, the working hours are flexible. The duration of the assignment is usually around 2 months. Travel days are remunerated separately.
