Sailing trip to the St. Barths Bucket Regatta

Antigua - Barbuda - St. Barth - "Bucket Regatta" - St. Martin

Experience a stylish sailing trip through the northern Caribbean – with a very special highlight: watching the famous St. Barth Bucket Regatta, where some of the world’s most impressive superyachts compete against each other.

From Antigua, our cruise first takes us to Barbuda, an island that immediately enchants with its endless, almost untouched beaches and turquoise waters. We continue to St. Barth, the elegant French jewel of the Caribbean. During the Bucket Regatta, you will experience at close quarters how spectacular large, modern yachts look under sail – an impressive spectacle on the water.

Finally, we sail to St. Martin, where French and Dutch lifestyle meet and a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere provides the perfect ending.

A cruise for all those who want to combine Caribbean island hopping with an extraordinary sailing experience – relaxed, diverse and full of maritime fascination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

British Airways fly to Antigua almost daily from London and Antigua is also easily accessible via Canada/Toronto. One or more overnight stays before the sailing trip (e.g. at Nelson’s Dockyard) in English Harbour are a good idea.

The cruise price includes: Costs for the nautical crew and service, accommodation on board in the booked category, sea transportation, full board on board / one dinner per week to explore the local cuisine at own expense, water, tea, filter coffee.

The price does not include: arrival and departure, transfers, soft drinks, Nespresso and alcoholic beverages, water sports on board, shore excursions and gratuities.

Please note that the service may be limited during the regatta days. Depending on wind and weather conditions, only half board or a flying lunch may be served.

The best time to travel to the Caribbean is between December and April – ideal for soaking up the sun in winter. It is then tropically warm with water temperatures of 24-26°C and air temperatures of 24-30°C – occasionally there are short tropical rain showers. The constant trade winds ensure perfect sailing conditions.
