The Croatian Adriatic is one of the most beautiful sailing destinations in Europe—and at the same time one of the most exciting and scenic regions in the Mediterranean. Under sail, we’ll discover some of Croatia’s most beautiful islands, including Hvar, Korčula, and Brač. Each has its own unique character—defined by vineyards, olive groves, historic harbor towns, and an exceptionally diverse cuisine. Our trip combines relaxed sailing with Croatia’s culinary treasures. Look forward to select excursions to a winery, an olive oil producer, and a local market, as well as a
shared dining experiences. Tastings of regional specialties and wines offer insights into the diversity of Croatian cuisine and the stories behind its traditional ingredients and dishes. As we sail among the islands of the Adriatic, the sea sets the pace of our journey. Sheltered bays, crystal-clear water, and relaxing hours under sail offer time for swimming, resting, and enjoying yourself. On land, culinary discoveries, authentic encounters, and special moments of indulgence await you—a journey that uniquely combines relaxation and culinary delights.
The journey will be led by Boris Rogosch —a food journalist, podcast host, culinary ambassador, and curator of extraordinary culinary journeys. For many years, he has been traveling through Europe’s culinary regions, combining in-depth knowledge with curiosity and a passion for the stories behind traditional ingredients, wines, and regional dishes—whether on his travels, in his podcasts, or in his reports.

In summer it is (almost) always nice and warm – although it usually remains pleasant on board above the water – in spring and fall it is cooler, you sometimes need a sweater, and the weather is more changeable than in summer. The winds of the Mediterranean Sea are as diverse as the countries and can be very different depending on the region.
