The Croatian Adriatic is one of the most beautiful sailing destinations in Europe—and at the same time one of the most exciting and scenic regions in the Mediterranean. Under sail, we’ll discover some of Croatia’s most beautiful islands, including Hvar, Korčula, and Brač. Each has its own unique character—defined by vineyards, olive groves, historic harbor towns, and an exceptionally diverse cuisine. Our trip combines relaxed sailing with Croatia’s culinary treasures. Look forward to select excursions to a winery, an olive oil producer, and a local market, as well as a shared dining experiences. Tastings of regional specialties and wines offer insights into the diversity of Croatian cuisine and the stories behind its traditional ingredients and dishes. As we sail among the islands of the Adriatic, the sea sets the pace of our journey. For many years, he has been traveling through Europe’s culinary regions, combining in-depth knowledge with curiosity and a passion for the stories behind traditional ingredients, wines, and regional dishes—whether on his travels, in his podcasts, or in his reports.
