Theme trip to Cape Verde
Cape Verde / São Vicente - Boa Vista - Sal - Santo Antão - São Vicente
We sail off the northern islands of Sao Vicente with the lively harbor town of Mindelo via Sao Nicolau, which is still largely untouched by tourism with its towering mountains and bizarre rock formations, to the eastern sand islands of Sal and Boa Vista and back to Santo Antao. Mountainous volcanic islands, steep green gorges, ancient hiking trails, dragon trees, long sandy beaches, deserts, palm oases and often pilot whales, dolphins and, with a bit of luck, humpback whales off the coast… With travel companion

Wind and weather forecast
Sailing on the Atlantic is usually associated with the trade winds, which blow constantly in many parts. The weather can vary on long crossings, from calm conditions to heavy seas, and the influences of the Gulf Stream and crossing cold fronts require special attention. Up-to-date weather information is crucial for navigating through the various conditions in the Atlantic.
