The Christmas sailing trip in the Caribbean in the north of the Lesser Antilles – a sailing vacation between evergreen volcanic islands, long sandy beaches, turquoise-green water and constant trade winds. The Caribbean is one of the most popular sailing areas for good reason. From the (Dutch/French) St. Martin, it’s about 30 nm south to the (Dutch) Saba, then further east to the (French) St. Barth, the St. Tropez of the Caribbean. A meeting place for small, large and very large yachts, especially at the turn of the year… In good winds, the sailing trip leads back to St. Martin via the (British) Anguilla. Relaxed sailing with plenty of time for swimming directly from the ship, shore excursions and relaxation.

British Airways fly to Antigua almost daily from London and Antigua is also easily accessible via Canada/Toronto. One or more overnight stays before the sailing trip (e.g. at Nelson’s Dockyard) in English Harbour are a good idea.
The cruise price includes: Costs for the nautical crew and service, accommodation on board in the booked category, sea transportation, full board on board / one dinner per week to explore the local cuisine at own expense, water, tea, filter coffee.
The price does not include: arrival and departure, transfers, soft drinks, Nespresso and alcoholic beverages, water sports on board, shore excursions and gratuities.
The best time to travel to the Caribbean is between December and April – ideal for soaking up the sun in winter. It is then tropically warm with water temperatures of 24-26°C and air temperatures of 24-30°C – occasionally there are short tropical rain showers. The constant trade winds ensure perfect sailing conditions.
